Guest registration requirements
- Russian citizens: general passport. Starting from 11/09/2025, registration is possible using a foreign passport (without presenting a citizen's passport). From January 1, 2026, it is possible to check into a hotel with a driver's license.
- Foreign citizens: passport and permits (visa, migration card, etc.).
- Children: up to 14 years old — birth certificate; from 14 years old — passport.
- Unaccompanied minors: children under the age of 18 without parents are accepted only if the accompanying adult has written consent from their parents (we recommend having a notarized application).
How to get to the hotels
The hotels of the Olympia mountain resort are located on the territory of the Rosa Khutor resort, at an altitude of approximately 1100 m.

The first ascent of the Olympia cable car to the hotel is free upon presentation of the booking confirmation.

Walking ticket (adult) - valid per day - 150 rubles
- Children 7-14 years old - valid per day - 80 ₽
- Children under 7 years old - travel is free
You can purchase a ticket upon check-in at the hotel reception.
