Our hotels hold a Pet Friendly certificate, confirming that our infrastructure and services meet the unified requirements for comfortable and safe stays for guests with pets.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, please familiarize yourself with our pet policies.

Registration and Payment

• Pet accommodation requires a valid veterinary passport and current rabies and infectious disease vaccinations for each animal.

• All pets staying at the hotel must be registered. Unregistered pets found in rooms will incur an additional fee of 5,000 rubles.

Pet Accommodation Rates

1-3 days:

• Up to 15 kg: 1,000 rubles

• Over 15 kg: 1,500 rubles

4-8 days:

• Up to 15 kg: 3,000 rubles

• Over 15 kg: 3,500 rubles

9-14 days: 6,500 rubles
14-21 days: 8,500 rubles
Over 21 days: 10,000 rubles

Pet Conduct Rules

• Pets must not be left unattended in rooms, lobbies, or hotel grounds.

• Pets must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier while in the hotel.

• Pets are not allowed to be bathed in guest bathrooms or use hotel towels, linens, or amenities.

• Guests must ensure pets are absent during room cleaning or maintenance.

• Pet waste must be properly disposed of during walks on resort grounds.

Liability

• The hotel reserves the right to request the immediate removal of aggressive pets.

• Pet owners are financially responsible for any damage caused to hotel property or other guests.
