- Direct booking: Points are awarded only if you book a room through our official channels: the website https://olympiaresort.ru/, by phone through the booking department, or via the hotel's official messengers
- Accrual rate: The discount size (5, 7, 10, 15, or 20%) depends on your current loyalty program level and is calculated based on the accumulated amount paid for accommodation
- Credit time: The points balance is updated within 24 hours after your hotel check-out.
- Unified account: You can increase your points and level up by staying at any hotel in our network — Rider Lodge, Hotel 28, Chalet 28, Panda Shelter, Philosophy of Mountains, Ski Village. All points are combined into a single personal account.
- Payment for accommodation: You can use your accumulated discount to reduce the room cost when making a new booking
- Maximum discount: The discount percentage depends on your level (from 5% to 20%). The remaining amount is paid in cash
- Simple process: When booking on the website, just log in to your Personal Account — the system will automatically offer to apply the discount during new booking creation
- Birthday discounts and gifts: Depending on your level, you can receive additional gift services and enjoy an extra discount of up to 10% on your birthday, as well as 7 days before and after
- Free access to the aquathermal complex: The duration of the visit depends on the participant's level
- Discount on additional hotel services: You can get up to a 10% discount on additional hotel services not included in accommodation cost, such as spa services, restaurants and bars, equipment rental, and visiting the AquaPic aquathermal complex beyond the limit
- Third-party services: Accruals do not apply to bookings made through corporate accounts, travel agencies, or third-party online platforms (OTAs), and cannot be combined with special offers or package deals.
- «Lifetime» of points: Your points remain active for 14 months from the date of your last stay. Each new stay at any hotel in the network extends the validity of all points for another 14 months
- Cancellation: When a booking is canceled, the booking amount is voided and not credited to your points account
